You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, and what happens when you do. It covers our website, our AI skin assistant and Face Scanner, and our messaging channels, including WhatsApp.

How to ask

Send us a message with the subject "Delete my data":

• By email: write to [email protected] from the email address you use with us.
• On WhatsApp: message us from the phone number you use with us.

Please tell us the email address and phone number you have used with Seduction.lk, so we can find everything that belongs to you. To protect your information, we only act on requests that come from your own email address or phone number, and we may ask you to confirm before we delete anything.

What we delete

• Your account, saved addresses and account details
• Your newsletter subscription and back-in-stock alerts
• Your conversations with our AI skin assistant
• Your conversations with us on WhatsApp and other messaging channels
• Any other personal information we hold about you that we are not required to keep

We do not store photos taken with our Face Scanner, so there are none to delete.

What we have to keep

Records of orders you have placed, such as invoices and payment records, are kept for as long as the law requires, and then deleted. We keep them only for that purpose.

How long it takes

We will confirm when we receive your request, and complete it within 30 days. We will let you know when it is done.

Messages on your own device

Deleting your data with us does not remove messages stored on your own phone or in your own email. You can delete those yourself in WhatsApp or your email app.
