Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a lightweight milky toner. It is designed to hydrate your skin and leave it with a radiant, refreshing finish. Rice bran water makes up 71% of the formula and is the base of Anua Rice Water+. Anua says it helps your skin look clearer, more balanced and more radiant with regular use.
Niacinamide works with the rice water to help brighten your skin and give a more even, radiant complexion. Ceramides NP, AP and EOP and rice protein help maintain your skin's natural moisture barrier. Hyaluronic acid, betaine and panthenol add hydration. The formula is fragrance-free and free of alcohol, parabens, sulfates and artificial colour.
In Anua's testing, the toner gave skin moisture straight after one use. After 4 weeks, excess sebum balancing improved by 12.9%. It suits all skin types, including oily and combination skin. Use it after cleansing and before your serum and moisturiser, morning and night. It does not replace a moisturiser.
