celimax Dual Barrier Creamy Toner is designed to combine the benefits of a toner and a moisturiser. It adds five ceramides (NP, NS, AS, AP and EOP), lipids and hyaluronic acid to your skin to help strengthen its moisture barrier. Skin is left feeling soft, hydrated and soothed.
It contains Aquatide, a patented peptide that helps skin produce more of its own barrier-building materials, including ceramides. Panthenol and allantoin help moisturise and reduce the look of redness. The milky, creamy texture is still lightweight and sinks in within seconds.
The brand says it is gentle enough for very sensitive skin. It is free from parabens, sulfates, fragrance and essential oils. The bottle holds 150 ml.
